Project Management

We have many years of experience as prime contractor managing creative design, production and installation. We have tackled numerous multiple-supplier projects lasting anything from two weeks to two years — and have the global resources to deliver.

Crystal CG understands that while the critical path must be met, flexibility is vital too. So we will take responsibility for managing project deliverables, deadlines and budgets.

We follow a strict methodology that begins and ends with a dedicated, experienced Project Manager. Assigned to take accountability for the success of your project, they place a key emphasis on quality control, and adapt to change without losing focus on the goal. Your project manager is the key liaison between you and the production teams. They will interact with you continuously throughout the project.

Our Project Management process starts with strict and rigorous planning and scoping, handled in close collaboration with you. We then phase the project into clear, specific deliverables that typically cover:

• Scoping and planning
• Scripting and story-boarding
• Prototyping and Animatics
• Alpha and Beta production
• Reviews and acceptance testing

We can also support you with installation, training and operational support on delivery, if required.
